Leather Care
Never dry leather over heat, it causes burn marks and cracking – always allow to dry naturally. Any scratches/scuffs should be treated with a good shoe polish to retain colour and shade.
Occasionally apply a layer of our Bridle Leather wax feed. Using a soft cotton cloth apply a thin layer of the wax over all surfaces. This should be allowed to soak in to the leather and become touch dry. It will have the distinctive white ”bloom” appearance. This can now be gently polished to a shine.
What you need: Cloth, Bridle Wax feed and a little elbow grease!
Leather and Canvas Care
Any dirt or wet areas should be allowed to dry naturally, never over heat. Gently brush any dirt using a soft brush and wipe clean using a slightly damp cloth in the direction of the Canvas fabric grain. Please do not use any chemical treatments.
For the Leather trim, occasionally apply a layer of our Bridle Leather wax feed. Using a soft cotton cloth apply a thin layer of the wax over the leather surfaces. This should be allowed to soak in to the leather and become touch dry. It will have the distinctive white ”bloom” appearance. This can now be gently polished to a shine.
