Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please provide proof of purchase
The goods must be in their original condition and fully resalable. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or polished, or that are not in their original pre sale condition (e.g. they have been altered or personalized).
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Teales Sporting Goods will not cover the cost of returning goods to us.
How to return your items
1. Please pack your item including your name, address, e mail and phone number. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged, so they do not become damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a tracking, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return process.
2. Please detail what is wrong with your item.
3. Please include proof of purchase.
4. Please send to; Returned Goods, Teales Sporting Goods, Endsleigh, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 9JL.
The above information relates only to returns of goods purchased through the Teales Website and not any of the physical stores. Please contact the relevant store for such information.
Where the parcel is a gift, the refund will paid back to sender or a credit note issued.

Items purchased via our on-line store can only be returned to us at our Devon address. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account.
We are able to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour only. If you would like a different item we will refund the original item and a new order will be need to be placed. Teales Sporting Goods Limited will bear the cost for the redelivery of returned items, but not the cost of you returning them.
